On January 24th, 2022, Lt Paul Butrim, FF/PM Kelsey Norman, and FF/PM Kenny Lacayo tragically lost their lives while battling a row house fire in Baltimore City. These fallen heroes were all beloved members of the Baltimore City Fire Department.
