Expensive Hobby was discovered by "The Colonel" in 1969 and was originally called "8 Piece White Meat". The group disbanded in 2008 after claiming bankruptcy for the third time due to RETOX issues. The new members of the band are clean and sober for now and should show up on time with most of their instruments. The new chapter of this continuing drama should last for a while but who really knows but all the more reason to see them before the complacency issues rear their ugly heads and the flurry of FaceBook threats are made between members for all to see. The Band will eventually be doing original material again and should provide you ample time to visit the restroom during the performance of a song you've never heard. Cover material includes : Alan Parsons, Beatles, Chicago, Zappa, Yes, Tower of Power, Supertramp, CSN and the list goes on. Our first gig in five years was February 8th 2014 at Club 66 and was SOLD OUT. As always, we are looking forward to seeing all of you again. So come out, have a seat, relax, and leave the therapy to us.
