I’m a 45-year-old seasoned rock guitarist with vocals/singing ability in the greater Annapolis, Maryland area. I’m professional, extremely well organized, NOT another Flaky musician, and dependable and reliable. I have been in two gigging bands in the past seven years. My most recently band disbanded recently. I have professional gigging gear, as well as sound setup, PA system, stage lights, recording gear etc. I play mostly rhythm but can play leads as well—as I did both in my last two bands. I can also provide some hookups on opening gigs and paying gigs for the band if it works out. I have played a lot of 60s and 70s classic rock, some dance songs, and 90s/2000 heavy rock. I am looking for a regular weekly band practice situation as well as getting out and playing for an audience. Please do not be afraid to reach out to me if you are not currently a working band; money is always great but I am in it for the fun and the enjoyment of music—not the money.  If you’re a fun group, practice and/or gig weekly, drama free, need a rock-solid rock guitarist, please contact me and let’s see if we can gel and the chemistry works. When you reply, please include your current working set list—a lot can be told by the set list. I can provide you with recordings and videos of me playing upon request.

Hello, I'm in need of a good hired gun for 2 dates in January. Our regular guitarist has a out of state family function he has to attend, so we are in need of a fill in for Jan. 18th, & 19th. We are a variety Band, called Never Too Late. we're on MD party, and there's a song list there. Please let me know if you'd be available to help us out. We practice once a week in Arbutus. Fully equipped studio. you just need you axe & pedals.

Scott,

We are a classic rock, blues band. We currently are using our prior (2nd) guitarist to cover for us , until we find a suitable replacement. We are mature group 50's - 60's. We realize after trying to work with our most recent candidate, we really need a good musician to compliment our other lead guitar Michael Messmer. Some vocals a plus. We have good male lead vocals and also a front lady Kelly who is amazing. Her husband is getting us a steady 2-3 X's a month work load, that's about what we are all looking for. FUN, GOOD MUSIC, not making a living at it.

For the right person, I think this is perfect situation. We also have a pro sound man, he used to do sound for SPin Doctors and Chicago to name a few. He's retires from that but still loves to do the sound. We are on the move uP! And just need a more permanent musician to fill Larry's capable guitar skills ( but he sure can;t sing! haa).

 

I think we could be a good fit for you too. We love to play out, but all also like to practice on avg once a week....we want to bring as much tight perfection to the audience we can

Hi I’m Jessie Lewis I am a singer looking to start up a new band I have a drummer.  Look into practice at least once a week play out at least two times a month when our schedules permit last band covered everything from 50s to today been out the music scene for a few years looking to get back out there
