Radio Pilots are a local working / gigging Baltimore area based band that is looking for a permanent replacement lead guitar player. Our current lead guitarist is retiring mid-September and we are looking for someone to be ready to step into the roll as we have shows on the books.

Radio Pilots are a very seasoned and tight cover band that does modern-classic rock and a little county.

We don't really practice together anymore and the person that steps into the roll would need to be able to learn on their own and bring it at our shows. I could provide you with a list of everything we currently cover and work the set lists for our shows in later September based on what you are comfortable with until you can get our complete list down.

Once comfortable with everything in our set lists we usually add a new song every two weeks or so just by discussion on messenger and everyone being prepared when it is time to rock.

Everyone in the band is kind and supportive of one another and we are very low ego, respect one another and honestly do not have time for anyone that is high maintenance, one of the best parts of being in a gigging band is getting to play with other musicians that you love and respect and making magic happen.

We usually gig 2-3 times a month sometimes more depending on everyone in the band's availability.We keep a google calendar with everyone's availability to make it simpler for booking shows.
