anything to the contrary contained herein, Maryland Party's liability to you
for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all
times be limited to the unused portion of subscription fees, if any, by you to
Maryland Party for the services during the term of membership.
The Website is
subject to constant change. You will not be eligible for any compensation
because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure,
suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website. Please verify events

- INDEMNITY
You will
indemnify and hold harmless Maryland Party, its subsidiaries, affiliates,
customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost
from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your

by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of
