Pat Owens is a singer, songwriter and entertainer from Baltimore, Maryland. At age 21 he began performing on a full-time basis and has since played at countless bars, restaurants, weddings, festivals and private parties. He has shared the stage with Baltimore-based acts such as Never Never, The Kelly Bell Band and Without Reason.
Now at age 31, he currently performs solo as well as with other local musicians, but the majority of his time is spent on these projects:
Pat can be found as the lead singer and guitarist in a duo called The Solution (with latin percussionist Mike Needer). Typical shows consist of a balance between modern and classic rock favorites as well as Pat's original works. They take requests from a song list of over 300 selections.
In another project, Pat teams up with Rod Sebastian (guitar, vocals) and Mike Needer (drums, vocals) for the party-power-trio Client 9. Pat, Rod and Mike combine for over 50 years of musical experience to bring you a high-energy performance full of classic and modern rock songs you'll love.
Pat has recently taken on the role of bassist and background vocalist in The Steve Pomplon Band. As an original act with a powerfolk sound, their original CD, 9:31, is available now.
Pat is also the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for Old School. The group blends acoustic guitars, vocals and intense percussion to create an energetic twist on your favorite 90's rock.
Finally, Pat performs in an interesting duo with acoustic guitarist Chris Wittman. They provide a fresh take on many popular covers by performing them in alternate styles and tempos.
