Add your show dates once, and they appear on your web page, the schedule page, the venue page, and will appear on the home page the day you add them and the day of the show.  Your show dates will also appear on other pages like free shows or acoustic shows depending on the options you select for each show.

Accounts are setup manually.  Normally your account will be setup the same day, but could take up to 2 business days.
