Subject: DigiTech Trio - has anyone used one "live"

Has a solo or duo group on MD Party used a DigiTech Trio box in a  "live" performance setting, to add accompaniment, drums and bass?   The online reviews are mixed;  either folks love it (say its the greatest thing) or they hate it (say its junk and don't buy it).   Prefer to hear from someone in the area that has used it "live" and if it presented any challenges.   Thanks.

Funny I asked the same exact question on Facebook a few weeks ago.  I have not used one live but do own a Trio.  I have trouble getting it to be consistent.  Sometimes the backups are perfect and other times, when I play the same thing, the backups are out of sync.  From what I have read, I understand that a new "Trio Plus" is coming out that includes a Looper and it is better suited for live performance.
