This feature will change your password, and will email a new temporary password. You must know the user name and the answer to your security question.
The new temporary password will contain random characters. Use the copy and paste feature of your computer to paste the password into the login box. After you login, paste the temporary password into the change password box to create a password that is easy to remember.
